Shipping policy

We are a small, family-run business. We aim to get all orders to the Post Office within two working days. A signature will be required for some larger orders at the point of delivery when using Royal Mail.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY • MONDAY TO FRIDAY

We offer free local delivery by hand for orders over £10 within the postcodes BN11 to BN14 (Worthing). If you live in this area, we will contact you to arrange delivery between Monday to Friday.

All deliveries are hand-delivered and must be accepted by an occupant. We will not leave any package on your doorstep or with neighbours.

STANDARD DELIVERY • UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH

From £1.55 for wax melts. A flat rate of £3.50 for candles and diffusers.

We offer a flat rate standard delivery of £3.50 using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to deliver your package in two to three working days from the moment we drop it off to them. You will receive an email when your order is on its way to you.

Orders that contain just wax melts will be sent via Royal Mail Large Letter 2nd Class, starting at £1.55 and increasing with weight.

EXPRESS DELIVERY • UP TO 2 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH

From £2.50 for wax melts. A flat rate of £4.99 for candles and diffusers.

If you need your item(s) a little quicker, you can upgrade to express delivery. Royal Mail 1st Class aims to deliver your package in one to two working days from dispatch.

If you don't need your package urgently, you can enjoy cheaper delivery that just takes a day or two longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are unable to accept international orders at present.
