Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to send your item(s) back to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We understand that you may need to handle the item to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functionality; however, it should not be used beyond this.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Typically this will have been via email when you made the purchase.
We cannot accept any returns where the concern is of an aesthetic nature. However, get in touch if you have any questions or concerns after using our products and look at our Product Care Guide for helpful information on getting the best from them.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the right to return faulty goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@oliviamichaelcandle.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our candles are made using a pure blend of rapeseed and coconut wax – no additives, no soy, and no palm - therefore, some aesthetic imperfections may occur when resetting. You may see some dimpling or fine cracks in the wax; this does not affect the burn in any way. It is just one of the charms of this beautiful natural wax!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
